Terrible branch, very lazy employees make very stupid excuses for not working, that a power cable was stolen and they can't work after a long time, they serve you... and then they turn off the light and tell you that the system went out. .. ha ha ha... 😱🤪 I went to collect a payment order and they force you to open an account with BBVA, and in other branches if you don't have an account with them they pay you in cash

It is incredible that they charge $50 for account statements, and also the service is lousy!! They face you as if you were doing them a favor, additionally they limit you to only 4 operations at the window. You take your days off to go to the bank and you can't do anything!! And it's worth it. IT IS THE WORST BANK GIVING SERVICE!!
